Once-off funding and costs

R0 to R250 000 for books, equipment, deposits or other one-off costs not already entered.
1 to 12 whole calendar months. No semester or academic-year length is assumed.

If a funder pays tuition directly to the institution, that payment isn't spendable cash. Exclude it from funding and exclude the already-paid tuition.

A promised but unawarded bursary isn't available money. Funding may arrive after fees are due; the period total can't check that timing.

Include only cash you can spend. Keep monthly expenses, unpaid tuition and other once-off costs separate. This declaration doesn't automatically detect duplicates.
