How it's worked out

We multiply your length, width and depth, converting metres and millimetres exactly. Your extra percentage increases volume before any whole-bag rounding. Blank or zero allowance means no extra material.

We round each displayed base or final volume up to the next millilitre. The litres and cubic metres for the final volume show the same rounded quantity. Bags are rounded up once from the full unrounded volume and your product's usable mixed litres per bag.

A bag's mass doesn't tell us its usable mixed volume. Check your product label and instructions. We don't assume a density, mix recipe or bag yield, or check strength, reinforcement, suitable depth, structural safety or building approval.
